ADHD Pathways publishes general educational writing about living with ADHD. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not treatment. We are not your doctor, your therapist, or your coach, and reading anything here does not create that kind of relationship.
Do not use anything on this site to decide whether to start, stop, or change medication, or to delay getting help. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.
If you are in crisis or you think you may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line now. This site cannot help with that and does not monitor anything sent to it urgently.
What we try to do, and what we cannot promise
We write carefully. Where a Guide refers to research, we say what the research actually found and what it does not, and we link to the source so you can check it. Even so, evidence about ADHD moves, sources can be wrong, and general writing cannot account for your particular circumstances.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that it will be free of mistakes, or that it will suit any particular purpose. The site is being built in the open, and parts of it are unfinished or switched off.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Using the site
Please do not:
- attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- submit other people’s email addresses to the signup form;
- copy substantial parts of our writing and publish it as your own. Quoting with credit and a link is welcome.
The words, design, and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission, except where a source is credited.
Leaving your email address
The signup form exists so we can tell you when the site opens. Leaving your address does not create an account, buy anything, or commit you to anything, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. How we handle it is set out in our privacy notice.
Changes
These terms change as the site grows, particularly when accounts, purchases, or a community open, none of which exist today. The version number above changes with them.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
