Who you are dealing with
ADHD Pathways is operated by Zack Stempler, at Hornstraat 41, 5045 BA Tilburg, Netherlands. It is not yet registered as a business in the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@adhdpathways.net.
This is not medical advice
ADHD Pathways publishes general educational writing about living with ADHD. Nothing here — not the Guides, not the chat, not anything posted in the community — should be treated as medical information or as medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a course of treatment. For any of that, speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.
In particular, do not use anything here to decide whether to start, stop, or change medication, or to put off getting help.
If you are in crisis or you think you may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line now. This site cannot help with that and does not monitor anything sent to it urgently.
The chat
Answers in the chat are written by an AI assistant working for ADHD Pathways, and a person takes over when needed. AI can be wrong: check anything that matters to you, and treat an answer about an order or a booking as confirmed only once we confirm it by email. How chat messages are handled is in our privacy notice.
Your account
You need an account to post in the community. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is posted from your account. The account is shared with the PathDock app. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Community rules
The community is for adults with ADHD and the people close to them, to ask, share what works and feel less alone. To keep it that way:
- Be kind. Disagree with ideas, not with people.
- Share your own experience, not instructions about someone else’s treatment or medication. No selling or recommending medication, and no “stop taking it” advice.
- Keep private things private: no one else’s name, contact details or story without their permission, and think twice about your own.
- No advertising, spam, links to sell things, or recruiting for studies.
- No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content.
- If you or someone else is in danger, contact emergency services. The forum is not watched around the clock.
How moderation works. Every post is held until it is approved. We may reject or later remove a post that breaks these rules, and suspend an account that keeps doing so.
What you post. Your posts stay yours. By posting, you allow us to show them on the site, in the thread where you posted them, for as long as they are up, and to remove them. We will not use them anywhere else, such as in marketing, without asking you first. You can ask us to delete any post at any time.
Sessions and purchases
Paid sessions and the store open only when we switch them on. Before you pay for anything, you will see the price, what you get, and the conditions that apply, including your right to cancel. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer.
What we try to do, and what we cannot promise
We write carefully. Where a Guide refers to research, we say what the research actually found and what it does not, and we link to the source so you can check it. Even so, evidence about ADHD moves, sources can be wrong, and general writing cannot account for your particular circumstances.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that it will be free of mistakes, or that it will suit any particular purpose. The site is being built in the open, and parts of it are unfinished or switched off.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Using the site
Please do not:
- attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- submit other people’s email addresses to any form;
- use the chat or the community to collect information about other people;
- copy substantial parts of our writing and publish it as your own. Quoting with credit and a link is welcome.
The words, design, and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission, except where a source is credited.
Leaving your email address
The signup form exists so we can send you a short welcome series and occasional updates. Leaving your address does not create an account, buy anything, or commit you to anything. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and ask us to delete your address at any time. How we handle it is set out in our privacy notice.
Changes
These terms change as the site grows, particularly when the store opens. The version number above changes with them. A change that affects you as a community member will be announced before it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
