Privacy notice
Who is responsible
ADHD Pathways is operated by ADHD Pathways, a sole proprietorship being registered in the Netherlands. Registration number: [KVK NUMBER - to be added after registration]. Address: Hornstraat 41, 5045 BA Tilburg, Netherlands.
For anything in this notice, including a request to see or delete your information, email info@adhdpathways.net.
What we collect
If you use the signup form, we store your email address and which part of the site you signed up from. We also record the version of this notice that was shown to you at the time.
That is the only information we collect from visitors. Specifically, we do not:
- ask for your name, telephone number, or any other detail;
- record your IP address or work out your location;
- use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind;
- set tracking cookies, or any cookie at all for ordinary visitors;
- take payments or hold payment details;
- ask for or want medical information about you.
You can read this site without giving us anything. The signup form is the only place that asks.
Cookies
There is one cookie, and it is only set for people who sign in to administer the site. It keeps them signed in and does nothing else. Ordinary visitors are set no cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click.
Our suppliers
The site runs on Vercel (hosting), stores its data in a Neon PostgreSQL database, and keeps uploaded files in Vercel Blob storage. They process information on our instructions in order to run the site.
Like any web host, Vercel keeps its own short-term server logs of requests, which include visitors’ IP addresses. We do not read those logs to build a picture of anyone, and we do not copy that information into our own records.
Why we hold your email address
To tell you when ADHD Pathways opens, and nothing else. We ask for it only where you have deliberately asked to hear from us, and you can withdraw that at any time by emailing us.
We do not currently send any email at all. No mailing service is connected to the site yet. When one is, this notice will be updated before the first message goes out, and every message will carry a way to unsubscribe.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or profile you.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until it is clear we are not going to use it, for example if the project does not open. There is no automatic deletion schedule, so we are not promising you one.
Records of who administers the site, and of changes to their permissions, are kept as long as the site runs, because they are what lets us see who changed what.
Your choices
Email info@adhdpathways.net and we will:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- stop using it.
Because we hold only an email address, these requests are quick. We will act on them without asking you to justify yourself. If you are in the EU or the UK and you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Age
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we have no way of knowing a visitor’s age other than being told.
Other sites
Our Guides link to outside sources such as research papers and health guidance. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Changes
This notice changes as the site does. The version number above changes with it. If a change affects what we do with information you have already given us, we will ask you again rather than assume.
